Kupas Yerushalayim
Many families in Yerushalayim live below the poverty line and struggle to feed their children every day. They rely on the help and support from their local tzedaka fund to live.
5 community tzedakah funds in Yerushalayim have joined together to form an umbrella organization to help all needy families in their neighborhoods: Kupas Yerushalayim. Together, they are better able to fundraise and provide financial assistance to the families they support daily, and especially when a tragedy arises.

Kupas Yerushalayim is under the guidance & brachos of Gedolei Yisroel who reside in the holy city of Yerushalayim. They have seen the terrible poverty up close and they are heavily involved in the functioning of Kupas Yerushalayim, ensuring that all funds raised are transferred directly to the recipients in a dignified manner.

Tax-Deductible Status
To provide tax-deductible receipts for donors from the United States, Kupas Yerushalayim has partnered with the Tzidkas Mordechai organization, a 501(c)3 registered non-profit.
Tzidkas Mordechai was established in memory of the renowned Torah scholar, Rav Mordechai Druck zt"l. After his passing, people noticed the significant gap left behind—many families for whom he had previously raised substantial support were now without assistance. His death created a deep void for numerous families.
The fund is characterized by its unique fabric, supporting all types of families, no matter their communal background.
The fund strives to stand by those who are brokenhearted.
At the head of the fund stand the esteemed rabbis: Rav Elchanan Berlin shlita, who leads the committee, together with Rav Naftali Linder shlita and Rabbi Moshe Tzoybel shlita.
